Since we got back from Thanksgiving, we have been going non-stop. We jumped right into Christmas parties and tree shopping, decking the halls, then Britton getting tubes, and also ... a very new thing at our house, chasing our little one around. He has been crawling since we got home from Thanksgiving. December has been an adventure! Thought it wasn't too late, though, to post pictures from our Thanksgiving in Dallas.
Aunt Danica & Uncle Ryan bought the boys matching Thanksgiving sweaters. How adorable are they?!
Chef GiGi slaving over a good Thanksgiving meal.
Waiting for lunch to be served.
The pretty table.
Britton ate his first Thanksgiving meal off of his daddy's old Bunnykins place setting.
Yum ... turkey, potatoes, dressing ... oh my! Britton loved the Thanksgiving fare.
Us.
Here is a shot of Britton's new move -- when he squeals, he squeezes his fists and draws his elbows in ... for added emphasis. It's darn cute.
Handsome in his sweater and hat!
Great Grandpa Charles, all the way from Charleston, SC, with a lap full o' love.
Will & Britton with their GiGi.
The first cousin bath! Here they are playing with their daddies' old bath boats.
The joint venture was fun for a few minutes until then they both started crying. It might have been a little too much with all the people ... crowded in the bathroom ... watching them ... and the many camera flashes. Yep, a little too much.
With Lourdes (Danny's Uncle Chuck's fabulous girlfriend) at a Mexican restaurant. Is there anything else in Dallas? Maybe so, but not when we go. We learned on this trip that Britton is quite the fan of refried beans. ;o)
We also got to meet up with my side of the family for dinner, and Britton was introduced to a few furry friends at their house.
Britton & the polar bear. Yep, it's a polar bear on a wall! My grandfather, for whom Britton is named, and my uncle (shown here) were quite the adventurous hunters.
Is this a mountain goat? I can't remember.
Britton & Blitzen. ;o) Isn't this a caribou?
