A Wonderful Occasion

We spent last weekend in Dallas celebrating at the wedding of our dear friends, Meredith & Afshin. It was a beautiful affair, and ended up being quite the reunion for Danny. He got to see a lot of fellow Texas grads he had not seen for a long time. It was fun to meet a number of his fraternity brothers whom I have only heard about, and of course, we got to spend time with some of Danny's close friends, wives and children. We also got some grandparent time in, ate some great Mexican food, and caught up with the infamous Don Admire. It was a great trip!

We heard from many of the wedding guests that they had prayed for Britton and followed this blog while he was in the hospital. So, it was a proud moment for us to be able to introduce ...

...THIS healthy, happy guy to them.


Kissing on GiGi. Amazingly enough, Britton weathered all the events of the weekend with a double ear infection. We didn't know for sure he had one until we got home, but despite the ear issues, he was a champ at the wedding.
